My Background

Growing up, I never learned how to be a parent or navigate the professional world. Leadership skills were a mystery to me. When I reach the age to start a career and a family, I felt completely lost. I didn’t focus on personal or professional growth or advocate for myself or my family. But then, someone saw potential in me that I didn’t see in myself. Their influence change my perspective and transform my life. Now, after raising three children and dedicating countless hours to personal and leadership development, I am passionate about educating, motivating, and empowering others to lead with confidence and purpose.
