Hi, I’m Malaika R. Kennie.

I’m the Founder of MRK Collaborative Solutions, where I help individuals and organizations strengthen leadership from the inside out.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a federal leader, educator, consultant, coach, trainer, speaker, and community advocate. Across each of these roles, I’ve discovered one consistent truth:

Leadership isn’t defined by a title. It’s reflected in how we think, communicate, serve, and show up every day.

That belief became the foundation of MRK Collaborative Solutions.
