My Background

Growing up, I had no guidance on how to be a parent or navigate the professional world. Leadership skills were a mystery to me. When it came time to start a career and family I was completely lost. I didn’t priorities personal or professional growth nor did I advocate for myself or my family. Then, someone saw potential in me that I didn’t see in myself. Their influence change my perspective and transform my life. Now, after raising three children and dedicating countless hours to personal growth and leadership development, I am passionate about educating, motivating, and empowering others to lead with confidence and purpose.
